Free Audit
We will audit the social media channel of your choice completely FREE. Our audit will look at your profile set-up, your posts, what is performing well and what isn't, and provide recommendations for improvement. Discovery Call
If you decide to go ahead with our services, we will book a Discovery Call. During the call we will get to know your business and your social media goals. We will talk through your current social media platforms; what's working and what isn't, as well as understanding what your goals are for each channel.
Social Media Strategy
Based on our findings from the discovery call, we will produce a comprehensive social media strategy that will include your goals, an analysis of your competitors, hashtag research, identifying your audience, tone of voice, and all of the important details relating to your social media channels.
Content Schedule
From there we will create month one's content schedule. All posts will be sent to you via our social media management platform for you to sign-off in advance. We will write and design all of the posts using your branding and our hashtag research.
Monthly Reporting
At the end of month one we will produce you first report outlining showing the key metrics including following, reach, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
